1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 1xbey platform (the "Service"), including the website located at 1xbey.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the 1xbey platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The 1xbey Service is operated by 1xbey (referred to herein as "1xbey," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform designed to provide online casino gaming, live dealer experiences, sports betting, and related entertainment services to users in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to register for an account on 1xbey. This age restriction is in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations as enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant authorities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

1xbey reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The 1xbey Service is intended for users physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling and sports betting are legal. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in a jurisdiction where such activity is lawful and that your participation does not violate any local, regional, or national law.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 1xbey complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 1xbey does not provide legal advice and disclaims all liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service in violation of local laws.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To access certain features of the 1xbey platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 1xbey platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

1xbey employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate or fraudulent accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings forfeited without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbey account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify 1xbey immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 1xbey is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3.2 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request closure of your 1xbey account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat, email, or the account settings interface. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager placed) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1xbey reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 or equivalent on dormant accounts until the account balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

1xbey accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as listed on the deposit page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions and ₱500 for bank transfers, unless otherwise specified.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through supported e-wallets are typically credited to your 1xbey account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the financial institution.

1xbey does not charge platform fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees, for which 1xbey is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an alternative verified method if requested and approved by 1xbey.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 20 minutes for verified accounts. VIP-tier members enjoy priority processing with reduced wait times. Withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or flagged by our fraud prevention systems may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.

1xbey reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

1xbey is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All users are required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gameplay activity may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% or returned to the source.

Suspicious transactions or activity patterns that suggest money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

1xbey offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page or communicated via email or account notification.

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 1xbey and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Bonus eligibility is determined by 1xbey and may be restricted based on account status, payment method, geographic location, or previous bonus abuse.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for 1xbey bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus issuance). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Full game contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or exploiting software vulnerabilities, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of winnings, and permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All slot games, video poker, and virtual table games on 1xbey use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with industry standards.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional gaming studios and are governed by the rules of the respective game variants (e.g., Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette). All live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers and are not subject to digital RNG.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to the official rules of the respective sports leagues and governing bodies. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

1xbey reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if the bet was accepted due to technical error or delay in odds updating. Settlement of disputed bets is at the sole discretion of 1xbey and is final.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

1xbey reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games, bets, or jackpots. Maximum payout limits are disclosed in the terms of each game or market. Winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits will be capped at the maximum allowable amount.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 1xbey platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, including placing bets, playing games, or bypassing security measures.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 1xbey employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal game conditions.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your geographic location or bypass jurisdictional restrictions.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1xbey staff, live dealers, or other users through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or material from the 1xbey platform without written authorization.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sports market offered on the platform.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

1xbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if 1xbey has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all funds, bonuses, and winnings in the account may be forfeited in their entirety. 1xbey will provide notice of termination where legally required or operationally feasible, but reserves the right to act immediately where the circumstances warrant urgent action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the 1xbey platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of 1xbey or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

The 1xbey name, logo, and all related brand elements are trademarks of 1xbey and may not be used without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any 1xbey intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

8.2 Limited License to Users

1xbey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform.

This license is automatically revoked upon termination of your account or breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 1xbey platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbey expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

1xbey does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1xbey, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings.

In no event shall 1xbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xbey account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

1xbey shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 1xbey's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or acts of war.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of the 1xbey Service or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1xbey customer support via live chat or email. 1xbey will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 14 business days of receiving your complaint.

10.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution mechanisms. You agree that all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

1xbey's decisions regarding game outcomes, account standing, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal approvals are final and binding unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. All dispute submissions must be accompanied by supporting documentation, including account transaction records and relevant screenshots.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 1xbey Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online gaming and electronic commerce in the jurisdiction in which 1xbey operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.

11. Modifications to Terms

1xbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 1xbey will notify registered users via email to the address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Terms will be effective upon publication at 1xbey.cam/terms-conditions unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.
